Datwoo ("we", "us") operates this dating platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
To create your profile, suggest matches (gender preference, age range, city/distance), deliver chat, process purchases, keep the community safe (moderation, reports, bans), and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
Private messages are visible to the conversation participants and to our moderation team when a report is filed. We may use automated checks to detect spam and abusive content.
Payments are processed by third-party gateways (PayPal, NowPayments, Payoneer). We store only the transaction record (amount, status, gateway reference) — never your full card or wallet credentials.
We use essential cookies for login sessions and, if enabled, Google AdSense banners which may use cookies to personalise ads. See our Cookie Policy for details and opt-out links.
You may access, correct or export your data, and delete your account at any time from Account Settings — deletion removes your profile, photos, matches and messages. You may also contact us to exercise data-protection rights.
Profile data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, content is removed immediately except transaction records kept for legal/tax purposes and security logs kept for a limited period.
