1. Protect your money
- Never send money, bank details, crypto or gift cards to someone you met here — no exceptions, whatever the story.
- Be suspicious of anyone who quickly wants to move the conversation off-platform.
2. Protect your identity
- Keep your full address, workplace and financial details private until you fully trust the person.
- Use the in-app chat first; be careful sharing your phone number or social profiles.
3. Verify before you trust
- Look for the verified badge on profiles.
- A quick video call is the easiest way to confirm someone is real.
- Reverse-image-search photos if something feels off (stolen photos are common).
4. Meeting in person
- Choose a busy public place for the first dates and tell a friend where you are.
- Arrange your own transport and keep your phone charged.
- Leave any time you feel uncomfortable — you owe no one an explanation.
5. Report & block
If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the Report button on their profile (fake profile, harassment, spam and more). Our moderation team reviews every report and can warn, suspend or ban users. Serious illegal behaviour is reported to the authorities.
