By creating an account or using Datwoo (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information — your real name, age and photos. One account per person; duplicate or impersonation accounts will be removed.
You keep ownership of the photos, text and messages you upload ("Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. Reporting tools allow members to flag violations; our moderation team reviews every report.
Paid features (credits, Super Likes, Premium membership) are provided as described at purchase. Purchases are final once credited except where required by law. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.
We may warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings; your profile, photos, matches and messages are then permanently removed.
The Service is provided "as is". We cannot verify every member's identity or behaviour, and we are not liable for interactions between members. Always meet in public places and use your own judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
